I have a 2003 dually black in color.I want to change the front black textured flares and install the ones that are body colored.Problem is the dealer can't order them without a vin #.I haven't come across another truck with the painted black flares to get the vin #.Any help would be greatly appreciated.By the way chevy says my truck is white by the vin #.
