I will be picking up my new truck Monday. I'm wondering if you can turn off the seat belt reminder on these trucks? It was possible on my 03 but not on my 06.

on my '06, all you have to do is unplug the cable that runs to the seat belt latch.....will never hear a ding again!

I spend a lot of time on the ranch in and out of my truck. Speeds never exceed 25 mph.

I never wore my seatbelt until about 15 years ago. When they passed the law I started doing it. Now, I can't imagine not doing it and can't believe I never did from the start. It feels wierd not wearing one. My little brother never wears his and it amazes me.
