just got it in the mail tonight and had a chance to install it a little bit ago... first off my backdown % reads 100 whether the motor is on or off...if that right, also the turbo timer doesnt keep the truck running when i turn it off... help

idn, are all the prongs straight? try re-installing it and check the prongs.

well the prongs on the plug-ins are very thing metal, they can bend. if that doesnt work i would say call edge.

GOT IT! the backdown % slowly went down to zero when i took it for a test drive....checked the turbo timer problem and i tapped the wrong fuse:o: anyways works great so far... but would be cool if you could change lcd settings on it like on the evolution. all in all i like it so far...love being able to adjust while driving barely any smoke on 5 though :( evolution put out more

Pm you back on the other questions. Also on the backdown. I do not think your engine was to the right temperature yet, if you have the cold engine protection on you must wait till the engine is above 160 degrees.

so if the engine is below 160 backdown will read 100% because its not applying power yet...that makes since

You can turn it off, but I do not recommend that one.
