Sorry it took so long to get these pictures out to everyone. This is how I moved the bumper up to accomodate an SS front bumper.
This is the side mount. Just drill the holes 2" higher on the mounting flange.

There are 4 bolts that hold the rest of the mounts to the truck. I used 2" square tube with holes drilled through the center as a block to move it up. The original mount does have to be cut as you can see in the picture. then use the square tube as a spacer and buy longer bolts. all the same holes are reused, just with the new spacer between them.
