No, but Racor does. And if you speak nicely to the Service Folks and pay them to install it, they will be able to get GM's permission to install it and it will be part of the truck (officially) and not cause any warranty issues as it has been blessed.

Guys,

Just in case my service folks play dumb (I know, I know...I should be nice... but history has not been the best with them), is there some magic words to use to get them to believe that I can pay them to install the Racor secondary fuel filter that is GM blessed? TSB or some such?

Thanks,

John

I have never heard of anyone having warranty issues when installing secondary filteration. My dealer likes it and has know prblem with it as many others have.

I would have to agree with that statement........they asked me if I have seen any problems running the second filter and I replied...........NOPE......:D

It is before the stock filter on mine as a Pre-OEM Nicktane set-up........so the factory filter sees the fuel last anyway.
