Just got wheels and tires put on. They are Alba Dakar 18x9 with +12 offset and 5.4 backspacing. The tires are Toyo Open Country AT 285/65/18.

Nice!! I like the way that looks! How far out do your front tires stick out? How much are your T-bars cranked up?

Nice and clean, good choice.

Bars are cranked just enough to make it level. I would say that they stick out less than half and inch.

Wow! I love that setup. I like your wheels too. They look sweet. Nice setup. My dad and I both love the Toyo A/Ts for on road performance. They've been great for us! Nice work man.

Personally I love the Alba Dakars. Mine just made it through their first winter here in Montana and they look great! It's nice to see some w/ 285's since I've been thinking about stepping down a size and wondered how they would look on the Dakars.

I am happy with the 285. Just go with the 285/65/18. I think a 305 will be perfect for this setup

Yep that has been my dilema. 305's are perfect IMO but no luck w/ Toyo for 18's. BFG has a 305/65/18 and there's the Cooper STT 305/60/18 and that's about it. Toyo and Nitto both told me there are no plans for a 305/18 AT any time soon :(

My next set I might go with 33/12.5/18 in a toyo MT. I know people that are getting 40-50,000 miles out of them and they look mean as hell

I saw a set yesterday. Not nearly as bubbley as my 325's, looked sweet. I've decided it's either the 33x12.5x18 MT or the 305/65/18 BFG as my next set. As far as the Toyo AT's go I've got 30K on them and their a lttle more than 50% worn, not bad!
