are there any fixes for the low end power problem on the lly? my lb7 did not have this prob. I had edge module with attitude on it, but I pull heavy loads, and I felt that it was just a little too hard on the truck, (especially trannsmission). So I only have hypertech programmer and 5" exhaust on my lly. It runs good after u build some rpms, but its terrible from a stop. any info would be helpful.. thanks andy

Disconnect the egr. Do a search under egr mod and it will give you the voluminous details.

Just wondering : is the 5" exh. hurting the low end? I thought only 4" was needed unless REALLY tweaked with NOS and propane etc. Mine has plenty of low end with the EDGE my other mods !

no, it does not hurt low end. I only got the 5 inch because I am friends with a dealer who sells exhaust. I figured what the hell, but, 4" is pretty much all u need. There are clearance problems with the 5 inch.

It's not low end power that is lacking on the LLY, it is called low end power control to protect the drive train. If you look at your throttle under the dash there is not a direct cable going to the fuel injection. It is a bunch of wires that send a signal to the computer which in turn looks out for the drive train. http://rriders.com/images/smilies/piss.gifEdited by: dwrat
