1b. Do you have a Wait To Start Light & duration lit.
yes stays lit for the normal amount of time
1c. Ambient Condition (temperature outside)
average about 3 degrees celcius
1d. Engine Cranking speed (if you have an accurate tachometer).
sounds normal but dont have that tool
1e. Are you experiencing stalling?
yes
1f. If Stalling, describe (upon startup only, down the road, hit a bump etc)
down the road it stalls at complete random when nice out and when cold out but less when its cold out at normal operating temp. and when warming up
1g. If Stalling, do you notice loss of dash or instruments?

i have changed the IP, the fuel filter, the lift pump, moved the PMD.

only when i fill it up and run it dry, i do have a diesel cap though

unknown i dont have an ohm tester but might have up to four bad glow plugs
My voltage guage on the dash pulses slightly. and when it dies i can get it going if i hold the pedal down but as soon as i let it go below 1000 RPM it dies yet if i keep it running for a couple minutes and manually turn the key off and start it as soon as the motor stops turning it will startno problem also when it dies if i remove any of the injector lines and roll it over there is plenty of fuel coming out of them. when it does start again it runs a little rougher and usually dies a little further down the road. lately the battery dumy light has been flickering off and on every once in a while. also a week ago i lost O/D and this week i lost 3rd gear both come back every once in a while i have a 4L80E trany.
