Bob was the work done since the newest TSB came out on the AC? I know for a while they were putting an accumulator off of a Suburban on, it only helped on a few trucks. All the other stuff was tried on my truck, it never helped too much until they did it a few weeks ago. It nows cools a lot better, first time since I owned the truck that I had to lower the temp setting because it was getting too cool in the truck. Make sure they do it according to the TSB #02-01-38-007C. otherwise it will not fix the problem.

I wired my A/C switch to the power windows so they roll down and cool the cab http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif Might as well ...need to get mine fixed before the steeler uses the winter season to tell me the temps are within spec.

I am having a problem with the ac blowing hot air out of the passenger vents and cold air out of the other vents. Brought it in and they changed the switch, accumulator, panel on the dash. Then a week after service, I had the same problem occur again, not too happy right now. I have an appointment next week and I will post back once they have another look at it.

You don't have the dual/auto climate control and have the passenger side set to a hot temp and driver's side a cool temp do you? http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif I'm sure this isn't the case but thought I should mention it.

they adjusted my refrigerant to 1.7 lbs and suposedly recalibrated the actuators....seems to be cooling better, but in vent mode to the panel i still get a 6 degree differential ...heat is leaking into the drivers side panel... they said this is all could be done.....we will see..mught have to go to a third dealer !! http://dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif
My 01 with climate control would not blow warm air in 50 deg weather for defrost.
