Horrible feeling No: 1 is on the way out. Will have to do it myself and on my ticket as well. The joys of living in Europe I hear you say...........!

1. What tools will I need firstly and where to buy them ?
2. Anyone got the workshop manual pages on disk for instructions/info?
3. Best place to get replacements ? ( Eric I suppose)

Thanks for you help

Marek

There is some good info here http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=139506
BTW I bet that truck really stands out in Spain. During the 2 years I spent in Madrid, I only saw 3 full size trucks.

Fatboy63, good to see there are others with dmaxes in europe als well :D I talked to Bosch in Germany already and they can order the LB7 injectors, no problem. But I dont know about the price, maybe cheaper to ship from US. Anyway if you still have the dealer contact where your cars was initially sold, they can do the warranty issue for you (if they want) I emailed with Cadillac Europe (my mail to GMC US was forwarded) and the warranty is active worldwide, even in Europe where GMC is not officially sold. I would have to go to a Cadillact dealer in my city and do all this via him... maybe an option even for you?

emkay, thanks for that bit of advise. I will approach Chevy locally and see what they say. Will do the work myself and hopefully they will pick up the cost of parts.
