We bought a 2001 CC, D/A Dually for towing our 5th wheel. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gifAfter the hitch was installed I backed under the trailer and the trailer sits about 3 in. High in the front, with about 5-6 in. clearence between the trailer and bed rail.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Disapprove.gif What options do I have to lower the rear of the rear of the truck? thank you for any and all suggestions, Kent.

I don't know if you can do this to a Chevy, but a Dodge has spacers (which can be removed) b/t the springs and axles. I'm shopping for a one ton 4x4, and I'm up against the same thing as you. You might check out Ken's web page at www.klenger.net (http://www.klenger.net) He has detailed the steps, including photos, of removing these spacers.
