Do any vendors here sell a 4" T-304 Stainless Exhaust Tip? Something like in the pic below (it's a Gibson). I'm looking to replace my Banks tip with a 4" turn down type.

I imagine you are more into soot control than performance - turndowns add one more bend before the exhaust hits the atmosphere... not like the tip will enhance or degrade performance. "Increases of up to 25 HP..."http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gif

Also, I haven't seen a double wall turndown, or even a rolled edge. Single wall MAY add some drone. Just some things to think about.

I too had a soot problem on rear quarter with the banks tip ... just installed an 18" Summit S/S rolled tip and had it welded on. Looks sweet and sticks out about 2" more.

Josh, If you get one let us know how it performs. I am mainly interested in knowing if the turn-down will increase or decrease exhaust noise or drone, and if EGTs go up or down.

Can't beat the summit tips for the price and quality. As good as any of them and I've had 4 others. 18" rolled tip, slight slant ...welded on. $46 shipped

I can not confirm, but I remember complaints from some guys with turndowns, claiming it really churned up dust and dirt, especially on gravil.
