I'm currently installing my subs and amp under my rear seat, my question is hs anyone found where to hook up the amp power wire inside the cab intead of going through the fire wall, because on all other cars thats what I had have to do, or is their no way to hook it the one the fuse panels under t he dash, to keep from drilling more holes in the firewall

generally you want a lot of amperage for an amp, especially on subs. And the best place to get high amperage is straight off of the battery terminal. If you look, there are no large cables coming off of the batteries except the one to the starter. You want a large cable to draw the high current for the amp. You may consider popping a hole in the bottom of the cab and run your cable through there with a grommet instead of going through the firewall.

I went through the pasenger side right below the firewall and installed one of these. http://www.cardomain.com/item/STRFB4

Yeah, that thing is cool. Keep in mind that you do not have to go through the firewall. You can just follow the frame to the middle or rear of cab and route the power wire up through a hole you drill.

Thats the way I went was running it through conduit along the frame rail and broughit it up into the rear of the truck. Its hard to get 0/1 wire through the cab.

theres a couple rubber parts that you can move and put wires thru under the dash near the brake peddle area, just go thru the firewall and connect to that red jumpstart box thing, route the wires under the plastic door sill
