Attached are pics of my Parents new truck. 04 GMC 1500 CC SLT. This replaces a 1988 C1500 RC. What a difference. Totally love the 5.3, like night and day coming from the old generation 305/350. Disc brakes on all 4 corners is nice too. And as for the leather buckets, I was not a fan of leather untill I sat in them, I am now.

Gave it a small work out this morning, picking up some firewood. Rides nice, and has no problems keeping up ( or ahead :) ) of traffic.

Thanks. It will be getting a good undercoating late summer. We hope to get a few years out of it!!
