: Commanding High FRP = Stumbling Misfire!

I have access to a Tech 2 and have been checking my balancing rates and commanding high Fuel Rail Pressure about once a month since new. Earlier this week, I checked the balance rates (all within +/- 2.5http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif ) and commanded high fuel rail pressure to check actual versus commanded. Although the pressure performance was normal, the truck stumbled and missed at 160MPa, which is new. As soon as I backed it off, everything was "normal" again. I repeated this process three times, with the high FRP resulting in the stumble every timehttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif. Is this normal, or does this indicate somthing else (like a bad FRP regulator)?

Otherwise, the truck seems to run great, other than an annoying "bad lifter-like" tick at speed...

Thanks in advance for all of the replies,
