Looking at the Tech 2's on ebay. What should I know about buying one of these?

if it dont come with a 32MB card, add 700 to the price. 10MB card is useless anymore.. even for home use

good input. What about the programming? Currently interested in a 2004.5 LLY, does any that cover 2004 work?
