Has anyone installed a stanadyne fuel manager secondary fuel filter.They are 5 microns,our gm dealer is installing them.Would like any info on them.

Why not stay with a proven winner like Racor or Cat? 2 micron http://dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif

Apparently the OEM is 7-8 microns. I would go down to the 2 micron set up myself. Seems more appropriate.
