Just got my truck back from the install and i am still having coolant pressurizing, i think its the injector sleeves. i can drive the truck normal and it doesnt seem to do it, but when i needs the fuel over 20lbs boost is pressurizes? Anybody know what parts and tools i need to get these checked out because thats the last thing i know to check for the coolant pressurizing. i should have thought about them when we had the heads off, but i didnt:banghead: anyways i need it fixed asap soany help would be greatly appreciated.

sure sounds like cups if the gaskets are new. What were the studs torqued to? What kind of gaskets?

they are new gaskets from gm grade c's, studs were torqued to 1xx i dont remember. i thought we had blown a head gaskets because of the symptoms with the stock bolts. ive made 1 pass with it with the new gaskets and studs and we were on the way to the track the other night and i nailed it and it was puking antifreeze again. Should i buy all new sleeves or just replace the one that needs replaced, also injector return lines probaly need new orings seals, etc. i just want her up and running strong again and not have these problems.
