my friend has an 07 crew cab with an airraid intake , mbrp turbo back exhaust and six gun with pda. he had an edge juice with attitude but the power was low ,tons of smoke ,and high egt's. the problem is with the six gun if i set the 3rd gear fueling for anymore than 65% of the total power added in the speed loader it falls flat on its face in third gear and throws a code for low rail press. i changed the fuel filter and it got a little better but not right. the truck is just as fast e.t. wise in level 4 but the mph is lower. 15.1@ 96 vs. 15.1@ 89. any thoughts? anyone have this problem with a six gun? my next step is to install a lift pump but didnt expect it to be needed.

do you mean 65% of fuel avalible in third gear or higher than level 5 or six ?

the third gear fuel limit in modify tuning cannot be set over 76% or the truck pops and lies down.fourth gear is set to 62% and same for 5th

is the truck an LBZ or an LMM? it might be a safty feature kicking in, not sure , never put it up that high.
