A flash tuner, such as the Diablo Sport, will it set off warranty issues with the computer? Can it be returned to a stock reading? I am looking at this tuner, but want to make sure I am doing the right thing

You should be fine with warranty! Just set it back to stock, and take it out of your truck when going to dealers.

As for price. You can get one around 300 bucks i believe. Check out some of the vendors here!

They will tell you that they can find it, in hopes of you admitting to it. DONT admit to it!!! Just tell them you went to auto zone and had them clear the codes before you took it to them to try and avoid taking any of their precious time;)
From what I have heard GM can find it, but the chances of that happening are pretty slim.
