After years of anticipation I finally was able to get myself a rig. I don't think I will be posting any questions until I can look around and see if anyone has already asked them except for the one I posted over in VIN id. Right now my biggest question is whether I have an LLZ or LB7 motor. Glad to be here and I will only reply if I know the answer for sure. Most of the engine tech I know is from the Detroit V6 or I4 and Turbine engines. Hope the pictures attach.

Looks to me like its an 03 or 04. If its an 03, you'll have a LB7 motor, and a 1 in the 8th digit of our vin. If you have a 2 in the 8th digit, you have the LLY...

After digging a bit, the 8th digit is a 2, which means you have an LLY. 310 h.p. and 590 tq.

UNIT 453, thank you for your response. I filled out my signature. It will take me a couple of weeks to get everything set up, but will eventually get there.
