Hello all, I have a 2003 LB7 Dmax and I have done some mods. I have added the ppe boost increase valve, the edge juice with attitude monitor hot version and mbrp 5" exhaust system. I first put on the edge juice module and the truck made 26lbs of boost and ran fine in level 6. Next I installed the ppe boost increase valve. The truck makes 28lbs of boost and ran fine with level 6. I then installed the mbrp 5" exhaust system and in level 6 the truck acts like it is floating the valves? Level 5 it runs strong and no problems but level 6 the truck misses and it just reminds me of a gas v8 floating the valves @ over rev? The hot version is 150hp and I have had the juice hot b4 stacked with a bully dog power pup downloader in 155hp mode without any problem? Any ideas would be great, thanks, Randy.

Yea, watch for your check engine light to come on, i dont remember the specific dtc, but it will come up on here as air bubbles in the injection pump. Better pick up a lift pump, the edelbrock 1792 is a great pump for under $200.

Need lift pump. Trans upgrades will be needed very soon.

Is your truck building boost and then fluctuating it? I am asking since I put a valve inline of my wastegate line, and I can not build the boost, I can see 24 for maybe a split second then it drops off to 20 and then fluctuates between 17-21 psi. My EGT's will go up to 1700 degrees.

Not to steal a thread, but would a lift pump maybe fix my problems? I have actually closed the valve on the wastegate line completly to get the boost PSI.

No, my truck will build the boost and hold it as much as I could tell. I will pay closer attention to it and let you know.
