Hi folks! I just got a call from a gentleman that wants to put the H2 takeoffs (tires and wheels) on his 95 2wd Dodge. I know this is possible on the 3rd generation (thanks Hoot) but I don't know about the 2nd generation. Has anyone successfully made this mod? Could I see some pics and info on the mod?
Thanks,
David

gonna need 6.5 inch lug centered holes for an 8 lug pattern and t6hen figure/ measure the hubs on the 95, H2 is about a 4.6 inch opening, us swappers have 4.774 inch or 121.5 mm. sooooooo if ya can find out what he has you can figure out if they will fit.

Thanks for the reply. However, I don't think I understand at all. Maybe I'll try to find a 95 2wd this weekend and measure it up http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gif

I would seriously doubt it. Largest I've seen on a stock 4x4 pre-3rd gen dodge has been 305/75/16. With it being 2wd, there would be less clearance up front, and I would think you would have serious rubbing issues.
Don't think that the BFG 315/70/17 work perfectly on 3rd Gens as well. I have a 04.5 4x4 with BFG 315, and they rub on mine under full wheel lock and moderate speeds (ie > 10 mph).
