Can be for the LB7 also, Mine has the EGR. Easy to make, so save your money and make one!

my lb7 does have thought it is a cali emission and not a fed emission
made simple plate out of 1/4" plate cut the diaphram off and bolted it back on on top of the plate

The blocker plate for the 04.5 - 05 lly are different from the 06 lly and 07lbz. They do the same thing but have different dimensions. I think the 01-04 lb7 use the same as early llys. When you install the blocker plate to keep exhaust from recirculating into the intake, you will throw codes. Then you get the fingerstick or the ppe code eliminator. When you remove cat on models with cat or block egr you will get codes. I assume you dont have cat being an lb7.
no cat here so i guess i dont have need the blocker plate, and yeah tolli wacker i make everything. i built my whle dual stack exhaust a few months back.

I used to have the cat, but I still have the EGR. I do have a LB7 as well, some of them got out with this emissions stuff!
