I had my Classic in for a "free" oil change today. While they had my truck I thought I would look for a LMM on the lot. They had 3. All LT2's. I got sticker shock.....$47,5XX!! I only gave $38k and some change for mine. About the only difference I could see between the options on mine and the new ones was the new ones have leather split bench seats. I have cloth bucket seats. Are the new body style, the LMM, and leather seats worth 9 grand? Not to me, but I guess to each his own! That makes me tickled to death that I got mine when I did :D .

BTW, I can't believe the General is still putting those donuts on the HD pickups. They look especially goofy on the new body style.

The new body style is the whole reason I'm trading my in... That and I want a long bed and a moon roof. From the looks of it I'll be paying less that what I paid for my current truck. The GMS on what I want is basically 45k, and I paid 48k for my monster in 04'. Of course it was already lifted etc...

$47K is a MSRP sticker cost, Invoice is around $42K not much over previous years depending on options. Chris
