What the heck? Do I need to change a gasket on the oil drain plug or something? Got it plenty tight, but it has a very slow drip. Anyone else?

Yup just get a new oring from napa, and dont overtighten it or youll crush it and it will still leak.

Good ol white teflon tape probably won't hurt as well!

Yes don't over tighten it, it will just crush it, it will seal maybe the first time, but next oil change back to dripping

Thanks guys. I am used to the normal reusable washer gasket, that you can tighten up. I will get an O ring on my next oil change.

Get the Fumoto valve and you will never have to worry about it again.

Had the same problem, went to the parts store a got a plastic gasket (and some spares) and it stopped the problem.
