OK feel really stupid trying to figure out all this dsp5 stuff. How do i convert a tune into the #1-4 spots, do i jsut open a tune and take the 10 things under the Switch# and transfer it over, i am totally lost

Just edit the fields you want to change in each tune slot. They are all filled in for you with stock values when you run the script.

so i cant use a tune that is alot diffrent form my stock one, seeing as i can only change those 10 things

well stuff like egr, diag., max fuel, speed limiter will all have to be common to all 5 tunes. what i did (but have not loaded) was create script for my race tune and load that as my dsp5 base. now all the dsp tables are empty instead of filled with stock info. so then i pasted and copied the tables from my other tunes- 50 -65-100- stock into the dsp 1-4 tables.
this means everything else that was modded for the race tune already there. so what i belive is if the fueling , boost , timming are stock it will still drive like stock .
also the torque tables should all be c&p from the race tune to keep the trans from having to learn every time the switch is turned.
again this is what i did today but have NOT loaded it yet. so i don't know how it will work yet.

Those 10 tables are the key ones for making power and also making good mileage. The rest are important but normally don't need to be changed once set up. That's JMO.

yeah i guess the trans doesn't apply to you. but the other thing i forgot to mention if you do it this way, you will need to manually set the dsp switch voltage in the 4 dsp tunes
