05 Dmax Crew 4x4.... Ive got an edge with attitude on as well. Also running 285s with a torsion bar crank. Whenever I go over large bumps at high speed (on highways for example) and my suspension droops out, occasionally my truck will loose all power. My edge screen goes blank and I have to coast over to the side of the road. The 25 amp fuse labeled 1* in the manual, which refers to it as the EDU, always blows. What the heck is going on? Has anyone heard of this before? Thanks

Just noticed something..... I went over the bump and watched my edge.... screen didnt go blank, but my boost reading went to 0.0 when I was previously at 20 or 21 psi, and then a second or so later went back to normal. Im going to remove the edge right now and see what happens.

The first thing to do is to remove the Edge. Then drive around over the big bumps. If you don't blow the fuse, then talk to Edge about a possible problem with their module. If you still blow fuses, then you know it's not the Edge. At least you can remove it from the equation this way.

look under the under hood fuse block mice like to build nests under there and they chew on wires.

It sound to me like a loose ground or possibly bare wire. But I do agree with removing edge and road testing first. Good Luck And keep us posted on results
