When I bought my '97 Sierra 2500 it came with a headache rack/bed rail setup that I really loved. Now I want to put the same thing on my new truck, but I have no clue who made it and I can't find anything that's enough like it to suit my fancy. The main things I like about it are the fact that the rails make for many places that I can attach my bungee cords to but leave room for a tool box, and the headache rack is also great for attaching bungee cords plus is tough and I can still see through it. Here are some links to pictures illustrating what I'm talking about:

If anyone can identify this setup and tell me where I can get another one, I would be very appreciative!

Not sure if it's the same brand but very popular here in the NW ...

Looks kinda like someone made that one.
check out www.ranchand.com (http://www.ranchand.com).
I think the have a headache rack/bed rail combo. if not then just fab some up. I bought a RKI headahe rack and then fabbed some steel rails up on my 1995.

Also, have you thought about cutting down the setup on your old truck and putting it on the new one?

Unfortunately none of those really match what I have. I have a feeling it was custom made.
I have thought about taking it off and reusing it, but I want something that will aesthetically match the truck, and I'm not sure if any sum of work will actually be able to make it look new enough to go with the truck. My fabrication skills aren't very good when it comes to making things pretty, so making my own isn't really an option. If I can't find what I want I'll probably just settle for something else, but it would be nice if I could find a proper match.

Keep it or take some pics of it. If you want to spend the $$, get one custom made.

I bet you could have one made for your truck for around $500-750 or so pretty easily.
They are not that hard to make. Just take some 1/4" angle and cut it to fit the truck and then fab up some little rails atop the angle and then fab up a headache rack...

You overestimate my ability to weld things in a way that they look good. I'm not a very good welder.
I'll probably just buy one of the Ranch Hand options and live with it. The old setup is too far gone to put on my new truck and not have it look completely awful, and the Ranch Hand stuff is the closest to what I want, plus I just like their stuff. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif
Thanks for the help, guys! Much appreciated!

Yeah, I gathered from your previous posts that you wouldn't be up for making it yourself. I meant $500-750 paying someone ELSE to custom make it for you (if you made it yourself you'd have less than $200 in it probably).
