Well JakeGMCHD came down and we, well he figured it out. Using the tech 2 he monitored the requested rail pressure and the actual and it would drop under hard accel. Needless to say a simple fuel filter fixed my ongoing problem. Thanks again JakeGMCHD.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif Banks was stumped and blowing me off. Called them after the fix and they were very happy to see my problem fixed.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif</TD></TR>

First thing I do when I but used is change fluids and filters. I'd suggest following through and doing Ally, diffs, etc...

BADDMAX396, just remember that Banks or anyone else can only resolve a problem based on the information available. Once JakeGMCHD was kind enough to assist you in monitoring the engine during operation the problem became obvious.
No one on this board could determine the problem based on the limited information you provided.
Not defending Banks, I have had both good and bad experiences with them.
JakeGMCHD thank you for helping BADDMAX396 out with his problem.
BADDMAX396, as others suggested, maybe when you save up enough money it might be worthwhile to purchase a programer such as the Predator to you can monitor your operating systems. One upside to doing this is that you can program in either 40 or 65HP then use your Banks to adjust in more TQ & HP as needed. I have stacked my Banks and a Preditor 65hp program and the truck runs great. When I am towing I can dial in additional fuel while keeping the EGT within a good range. If I exceed the Banks program limit in EGT, the 6Gun will back off the fuel.

http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gifWas not aware you could stack with banks. Sounds like a plan once the tranny is done. The point was that banks was blowing me off. Even the supervisor at banks said sincere sorries for it. (After the problem was gone.)Edited by: BADDMAX396
