I have an 06 LBZ CC and i want to put dual exhaust on it. My questions is which is louder?

bad04dmax 03-29-2007, 11:33 PM i would say MBRP from what i have been told by folks on here. they are probably very close if you get the muffler delete pipe but i believe the banks has a bigger muffler. 04DmaxLLY 03-29-2007, 11:59 PM i got the mbrp because i wanted the look of 2 4" pipes coming out the back, instead of 2 3.5". I like the system, but i just straight piped it. I think the MBRP is supposed to be louder, but i am not sure. if you want it loud get a muffler delete pipe. JhnZ71 03-30-2007, 10:34 AM The MBRP mufflers definatly drone more, Banks is a quality exhaust and they really do stand behind their products (good warranty service) if anything happens to it. I almost forgot that I put it on my truck because It has no issues ever! I put alot of highway miles on my truck and it is nice not having to listen to that drone. I would not worry about drone with an LBZ as they remain quiet even if you straight pipe it. MBRP makes very high quality kits and I would put them up against Banks any day of the week. jonesport 03-30-2007, 12:40 PM I have the MBRp duals and 90% of my driving is highway. Although the LBZ is one of the quietest diesel motors out there, you would find a duals system a little louder than your stock exhaust (if that's what you're looking for).
