MrBanjo 03-29-2007, 02:03 PM is the cold idle advance wired in with the glow system? I put a manual glow switch in this fall while it was still warm, My foot has always been the cold idle advance. I'm wondering if I inadvertantly took a sensor out of the loop? byt 03-29-2007, 02:47 PM no, there is a sensor in the r/h cylinder head at the rear, it is fed with an ignition live through the sensor which switches off once warmed up a little.
