This might be an already answered question: Am I hurting anything if I don't wait for the light to go off and start my truck like it wasn't a diesel?

Not immediately no, but if you have to run the starter longer because your glowplugs aren't fully heated then it will put more hours/wear on your starter.

Since I'm putting 200 stop-go miles on this thing everyday, and never off for more than 30 minutes, it is almost continually hot. Most times, during the day, it starts on the first try, sometimes it takes the second one to get started but it isn't cranking longer than if I wait for the light to go off. Thanks, I was just curious if I was going to be burning up glow plugs or something.

The glowplug cycle is a part of driving a diesel. Like warming it up before you drive.

Ok, I understand that, but I would swear I have read on this site that it isn't a big deal. If it is just tell me and I will go back to waiting to start just like GM intended for me to, I just wanted to know if I was going to mess anything up.

You would be pulling amps through the glow pulgs and starter at the same time. I think it would be best to wait it out.

makes sense. Thanks. By the way, you can get a new grill for a '94 W/T for about $81.00 (Different post, just passing it along)
