Is anyone running any other stye of center caps with H2's other that factory caps? I was just wondering if it is possible to use the style caps that come through the back of the wheel with some nice looking lug nuts. Thanks for the help!

I'm running stock h2 center caps with custom made decals to cover the word hummer. Check my garage for pictures.

how did you get the hummer caps to work in the rear

He put 2" rear wheel spacers in thus pushing the rear wheels out far enough that the center of the axle was tucked in behind the line of where the hummer cap goes.

I have the newest style H2 Center caps on mine ( no Hummer on them). I had to get 2" spacers (off ebay for $110) to make them work. The stock PYO caps will work but it leaves a gap around the opening of about 1/2" but it doesn't look bad but the H2 caps look a lot better in my opinion.

does it look funny with the rear 2" wider than the front

Should be more even I would guess, since from the factory, the front is wider than the rear..............

1.5 spacers will actually give you enough clearance to run the hummer center cap however the wheel studs will need trimmed a bit.

I run 2" spacers and the stock H2 centers. I filled the hummer logo with body filler and painted em. :pimp:

I run a 88 to 98 style chrome cap on mine. I also have some chrome hummer caps without the hummer in them that I would like to sell if anyone wants them.

Anybody got a part# or how I can get the 2" spacers? Just got a set of H2 Wheels and would like to run the H2 centers.

Ebay or www.wheeladapter.com If I was doing it I'd choose the second option & do an 1 & 1/2" sapcer. You'd have to trim the lugs a little though.
