Whenever I am stopped at a red light or even when my truck is in park I have a rough idle. Not really sure what it could be. Try using a fuel additive and it helped some. Anyone had the same problem or know what it might be?

How's the fuel filter look....have you changed it lately?

check your balance rates and for white smoke out your right mirror. When I had 2 injectors gone south I had a similiar issue.

Try a new filter as well maybe an additive cleaner if balance rates are good.

Kevin. I just had the same problem with my 2004. It was the fuel filter.

It also can be the fule pressure regulator. If the idle has a surge to it like a dragster this can be the problem. I changed mine and runs great now.

My dmax is doing it now its the fuel filter i need to get a new one but aint had the time
