I'm planning a camping/hiking trip to Tahquamenon Falls this summer and want to know if I'll be able to find diesel fuel in the U.P. for my truck. I also plan to visit Pictured Rocks Lakeshore and some of the other sights in the eastern part of the U.P. while I'm there. It's a long walk back to St. Ignace if there's no place to fill up.:(

We go snowmobiling in the UP all the time and have no problem finding fuel.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably have to fill up before I cross the bridge anyhow, so it hopefully won't be an issue.

Newberry has a couple of stations that shouldn't be too far from where your going. Lot of logging trucks runnin' up there so there is plenty of fuel. Last time I was up there you could pull right up to the off road pumps and fill up:eek: but I doubt that is the case now. Have a great trip and enjoy the falls.. GB
