My 2003 w/43,000 miles runs so ratty with a Edge juice. It runs ratty in 0-3 levels once it warms up. I unpluged it and it runs smooth again. Any ideas guys?

Based on my recent experience, I would guess you have an iffy injector. The Edge adds timing all the time and adds fuel when the engine is warm, which amplifies the iffy injector and makes the engine run rough. When you go back to stock, timing is retarded so the issue is hidden. However, that is just a guess.

If you have an iffy injector will it smell like the motor is running rich or fat at idol? It seems to run ruff at part throttle and clears up at highway speeds. This is with the Edge unpluged does this sound about right? Now, towing with the Edge it sounds like a box of marbles when I step on the throttle.
