I have a 1991 Ford 3/4 Ton 4x4 gas burner that I want to drop a powerstroke in. Can anyone let me know of any powerstroke engine that will fit in this truck? Also, what else in the truck would I need to change for this to work. I know a little about a powerstroke, but mostly about cummins. Any help would be appreciated.

I think you would be better off to trade. I am sure you would have to change the bell housing, transmission, motor mounts, radiator, then you have some wiring you will have to change and run, and add to. This would be a long hard project to build.
