did they stop offering the 6 speed manual with the duramax. i went on the chevrolet site and tried to build it and i couldn't find the option for the allison or zf6.

Unfortunatly yes they did. the ZF transmission is not an option for the all new Silverado HDs. due to the fact that the transmission would not be able to handle the massive power of the Duramax. But give it some time, GM will offer a manual transmission with no engine de-rating.
