I am picking up my 07 classic 2500HD LBZ with 6-speed tranny today and would like to put a chip in it. I have heard a lot about both chips. The question, which is better? Please make comments about mileage, power, too much power by slipping the tranny, computer display info or anything else you would like to add. Thanks for your help. This site is GREAT!!

I would look at getting the Triple Dog or a PPE tuner, either will fit your purposes, both have settings that your trans will tolerate and some settings that are above the limits but it is all about how you drive.

I have a Power Pup and it works great. I put it on when the truck had 800km and never looked back. I am currently stock, but I plan to reload the 69hp tune tommorow. I took the tune off only because I was having the block heater CEL problems and the truck had to visit the dealer.
