i have $500 to spend on suspension. I am getting new tires (265). what would be best for me. i do alot of street driving and really never off road. I plan on cranking the T-bars up also

What tire size?

Personally, I'd run what you can from the stock adjusters and add sway bars or shocks. You only need a leveling kit if you want to go WAY up in front.

sway bars. 265 will fit no problem. I have pics in my garage with 265 on a 8 in rim. I only had to crank the t bars 4 turns for that and the ride was still factory.

for 265s u dont need any lift to fit them, but if u want it leveled i would suggest just cranking 1-1.5" with some longer shocks, such as bilsteins. you really dont need the uca's until u get to 2-3". a good rule of thumb when cranking is to be able to put ur fingers between the uca and the bump stop, which is usually 1/2-3/4".
