a set of chrome h2's with the 315/70/17's I have a running board's and the front end is cranked up a little for levelness` this is the best picture of the running board it does fasten up inside the front wheel well but it is very narrow maybe only adding a 1/8th to 3/16ths to the inside fender flare http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/garageimage.php?do=full&p=16974

how much trimming do you want to do?
The extended cab trucks usually lift higher than crew cabs with less turning. But Green keys will give you enough lift to run H2s. Check my garage I have some closeup pics. Are the tires new? New tires usualy rub for a short while until broke in.

well i sorta measured it looked like the front valance and the inner liner in front but i was concered with the area the runninb board attaches the tires have about 17,000 miles on them i thought if i could get by till this time next year i might run a little smaller like 305 or 295 but i really like the look of the chrome h2

havns...I think the crane won.
As for H2's on your truck....add the green keys, and extend the shocks. You probably wont have to crank the bars much past the initial rise of the greens.
Tie back the parking brake cable (a hose clamp through that little slot between the pushloc hole and the fender works perfectly-- you'll see what i mean). You may have to smack the two lower inner fender well mount points on both sides with a rubber mallet to push them back a bit, too.
Cutting: You have to turn the wheels as you do this to see how much, but more than likey you'll have to trim the rear lower portion of both inner liners, both sides of the lower bumper valence, and maybe the area just below the washer bottle on the drivers side.
