Anyone willing to share some OS 05875801 tune they are willing to share?

Ive taken some tunes from the repository and copy and pasted them into my os.
the 120 tune has horrible lagg untill about third and 3k rpm in my truck.

Im new to this and just wanna learn. any help is apriciated
