What a great web site! I found it trying to troubleshoot an 'oops' we had this week. My wife accidentally put 10 gallons of gasoline in the Suburban, and after towing it home I went looking for help. I ended up applying 12V to the lift pump and emptied the tank through the valve mounted on the t-stat housing. Now we have 19 gallons of blended gasoline/diesel - any suggestions are welcome.

Oddly enough, the lift pump was a new sound! It looks like my next task will be a new OPS, with a relay to take the load off the OPS contacts (all this from info found in the forums - thanks for a great resource!)

For the record, we have a 1995 Suburban C2500 (wife's ride). We have a Frybrid kit pending installation, so we will soon be running on WVO. My daily driver is a 2001 Ford F350 (7.3L PSD, crew cab, long-bed, 2WD - please, no boo's and hisses from the Chevy die-hards.) I converted it to WVO myself from info on the Frybrid forum. Last week we averaged 75 mppg - miles per purchased gallon (620 miles on 8.2 diesel gallons.)

Being new to the forum and new to diesel engines (we bought both vehicles last year with the intent of running WVO), I will probably be more of a 'taker' than a 'giver' for a while. Hopefully I can make some helpful contributions over time.
