Alright, I just installed my marine injectors and had the truck timed last week TDCO of -1.94. After installing my new injectors, at cold start up, I get a horrible nock for about 1 1/2 minutes then it goes away. What does everyone think. Is it the TDCO setting or a problem. Please help!

Take it for a 30 minute drive to bleed the injectors, let it cool down, try it again.

-1.94deg TDCO can be fairly scary at cold-start in cold weather

Does it sound like a problem or just a normal noise. It does go away after 1.5 minutes. What does a leaking injector sound like. Thanks!!

also, if I restart while the engine is still warm, the knock does not occur. What do you think!!

Probably just the aggressive -1.94 timing and the cold ambient temps combine to make for quite a loud fuel knock when cold and dissapate as the engine warms up. I'd bet if you unplug the coolant temp sender [pcm thinks its below zero ambient temp] and start her up it would be louder yet.

lotsa smoke until the knock goes away? Bad/weak glow plug, low compression, not firing on one cylinder until it builds some heat.

Pull the temp sensor plug, make it think its -40 for a longer glow time, wait till its a cold start again first to see what it does.
