That thing is such a turd w/o the juice. but it does seem to run a lot better.

" inspected and scanned the system had 12 codes stored 9 for fuel injectors, 2 for the egr and 1 glow plug code. inspected and repaired engine and body grounds, downloaded new program and performed injector balance test....passed roadtested ok" <~~~ this was written on the repair order

heres the codes I received..

p1229, 0670 ( glow plug ), 1223, 1235, 1238, 1244. 0401, 0404, 1241, 1226, 1229,

Could the 9 injector codes be from the edge at all?

I know the egr ones are from me removing the cat and muffler and putting on the mbrp system.

What would cause the glow plug code?

Also had the acc checked out too since it wasnt really that cold.....they evacuated the system and found it to be lower then normal so the filled it up to specs and its working great now......

I took off the stock pipes and now run a 4" Magnaflow. Without the cat, I might add. No trouble lights...as of yet but it does sputter and puff a little white smoke from time to time...I took off the Edge and now it runs great. I might send it back to have them replace it.

I know my beta LLY Edge threw injector codes, but the production release didn't.

Edge is a great system. I love the incab controllers and all the guages with it. I also love the ability to tune/detune on the fly. However, knocking, some spurges, and a loud annoying rattle between 160 and 185 during warm up, was enough for me to disconnect it and make an appointment at the dealer. Today, running stock, it runs like new and as quiet as ever. I guess I found my problem. Edge says send it back and they'll test it and replace it or fix it. Whatever, I just want it right.
