: just found out my neighbor is amsoil dealer
kylant 03-17-2007, 11:26 AM last night, while taking with my neighbor, i found out he is an amsoil dealer! he said he would get me a "great" deal on products.
i have been looking to switch to synthetics, should i jump on in and take advantage of my new connection?:)
BigStu128 03-17-2007, 11:38 AM I would. I did the same thing.
A guy I used to work with is a dealer. I found out when we were talking about two stroke for snowmobiles.
He got me a decent deal on the stuff I needed and things have been great since.
thejdman04 03-17-2007, 04:44 PM Sure if he can get you a great deal. Or if i were switching to synthetics price valvoline synthetic blue. its good synthetic.
truckie481 03-17-2007, 04:47 PM Amsoil is a good oil, alot of guys I work with swear by it.
Tailhunter 03-17-2007, 07:57 PM Amsoil is a true synthetic, it is the best!! :D
TOTHEMAX! 03-17-2007, 11:41 PM i would but just remember you can become a prefered customer and get the products for the same price as him! dont pay full price, become a PC
kylant 03-18-2007, 10:22 AM i would but just remember you can become a prefered customer and get the products for the same price as him! dont pay full price, become a PC
how do you become a preferred customer?
TOTHEMAX! 03-18-2007, 11:32 AM go to the amsoil site and click on the prefered customer link. most guys sign up under a dealer. you will definatly save money doing it
hemikilr 03-18-2007, 02:04 PM And it only costs 25.00 to become a P.C.

Wrecker 03-18-2007, 05:46 PM If you become a PD, do it through your neighbor, he'll thank you for it and he'll help you with any questions down the road.

10$ for 6 months, 20$ a year
HBruns 03-19-2007, 12:16 PM 10$ for 6 months, 20$ a year
That $10 for 6 months is a one-time deal if I recall correctly.
I have been a Preferred Customer for several years. I would pay a lot more than $25 more a year in standard retail costs for the stuff I buy. The PC program is a good deal for those who have no interest in doing the MLM thing and will be buying Amsoil stuff anyway.
TOTHEMAX! 03-19-2007, 02:34 PM i dont remember reading anywhere that the 6 month program was a one time offer. i could be mistaken but ive know lots of guys who pay the 6 month membership, order enough for a couple of years and then do it all again.
smokinjoez 03-20-2007, 02:03 PM One of my friends dad's is a dealer. What is a good price for a 2.5 gallon container of oil? I would like to figure if it will be cheaper for me to become a member or just buy it from him.
TOTHEMAX! 03-20-2007, 03:01 PM depends on the weight. 15-40 will be cheaper than the 5w-30 diesel oil
smokinjoez 03-20-2007, 07:26 PM I was going to buy the 15w-40. I haven't gotten a price yet.
TOTHEMAX! 03-21-2007, 09:39 AM 15w-40 AME diesel oil
regular price : 61.25
PC price : 47.10
truckie481 03-21-2007, 08:18 PM 15w-40 AME diesel oil
