I have a juice/attitude, runit on level 5x5 all the time with no defuel on shifts and I love the black smoke. my question is when I lug it down in 5th with the tow/haul on most of the time it will billow thick black smoke, but other times its this thin gray smoke, when it happens there is no noticeable loss of power and no fuel in the oil. whats the deal??

What's to fix? You said you love smoke.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif
Set Low fuel Boost to setting to desired smokeless setting possible is about all you can do in level 5. Or don't get so heavy in the pedal or switch out of Tow Haul under those conditions as it will have a tendency to smoke more. Also the regretful lower the power setting.

Smoke is a waste, IMO.
Causes health problems for many. But if you do not care about others, it is not doing your engine or wallet any favors.

Well that's a different story a man who wants to roll. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif
To get more smoke you need more fuel.First up you need a tranny or you will in very short order. To get more fuel you'll need to stack on the Edge or get a Big ECM program from TTS.
Short term stuff a rag in the airbox.
