Ok, I have been looking for a product that will definitely recalibrate the Speedo for tires 35" and larger. (up to 37"). I also want it to remove the top speed limitation and fix the ABS problem. What products will accomplish this? I am leaning toward the EFI live software, so if EFI live will accomplish all of the above great, if it doesn't can I stack what ever programmer with EFI and not have any problems????
Thanks in advance!!!!

EFILive can help out with recalibrating the speedo and speed limiter. We don't support ABS - it's a seperate module.
You can tune everything into EFILive that you would get in a handheld programmer, so there is no need to stack.

I just want a straight answer. If I put 35" tires and recalibrate with EFI will the ABS have any problems? Thanks in advance.

I remember when my dad told me that one. "Yeah, now that they put that ABS crap on cars you cant change the tire size or the brakes wont work right any more". Right. The ABS sensor sees rotor rotation, and doesn't really care about tire size (not much at least). If it sees the rotor stop moving before it's speed reference says almost zero, it bleeds off pressure in that line momentarily until the rotor turns again, then gives the brakes back to you. My point here is that they intentionally engineer ABS with fixed reference points LIKE rotors because they don't change. As far as the anti-lock portion is concerned, 35's don't make a bit of difference to IT. You may go slightly further per tire revolution, but when your tires stop, it's no different than a 12" tire stopping. Stopping tires while the vehicle is in motion is bad as far as it's concerned, and it helps you, real fast. Dig? Oh yeah, and I have 33's and mine works fine under both intentional and unintentional testing.

A straight answer...............
35" tires is as far as I have been able to recalibrate the speedo without having the ABS light come on.
If you use larger tires than 35" then you will need to reprogram the ABS module with a Tech 2. A Tech 2 is the only tool I know of that is capable of reprogramming the ABS module at this time.
Hope this helps.
