It just doesn't take very long to get to it, even stock.

Why does it read 120 if it won't go that fast, I mean, c'mon GM.

Almost ordered an EFILive V2, but after downloading and printing the 104-page Tuning Tool User Manual decided to do more research. My impression is that EFILive will require a great deal of mouse and monitor time. My wife already calls my computer "the other woman" and I want a tuner that can quickly and easily disable the speed limiter, load a range of performance tunes, and just as quickly return the ECM to stock (in addition to reading and resetting DTC codes). I would reconsider EFILive if I could be shown that it really isn't any more computer dependent than tuners such as Superchips, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated (see truck/upgrades at my garage).

If you purchase EFILive through a reseller that includes a tow tune, your result (and time taken) will be comparable with a handheld.

The issue you'll have is that if you decide to start playing around to improve/change your tune - you will start to consume time.
